The staff showed such warmth, they were engaging. a comfy king size bed stood in the room, a super bug added some charm. the breakfast, a delight, offered many choices. So so good. the porter kindly parked the car, a friendly face, very helpful. I appreciated that.
I wished the room had body creams, sanitary bags. Tiny oversights though. the lack of these items was a slight downside, nothing major! the absence was noticeable.

i wasn't thrilled about a few things. getting a teabag at the bar cost €2.50. after 10:30, hot milk wasn't available unless i paid extra. breakfast seemed overpriced too!!! also, there weren't any sanitary bags or body creams in the room. the rooms weren't very soundproof either.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I received a welcome drink and cake when i arrived. The location was good. I could walk to all the places i wanted to see. The bed was very big and comfortable, which i liked a lot.
The rooms did not have balconies. I found it a small pity because i like fresh air. i noticed some noise from outside the room at times. It was not a major issue, though worth noting for light sleepers.

The breakfast was delicious; it offered a lot of variety and options. Breakfast service went until 11:30am. This allowed flexibility in the mornings for my group, so no one missed breakfast, which was great.

our room was super clean, comfy beds and a great shower. there were some complimentary gifts as a welcome and we got a bottle of water every day. the staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful with any queries we had. there are several restaurants nearby.
i asked for some hot milk and was told that after 10h30 this is not possible and if i wanted to have milk brought to the room i had to pay 4€. there is no balcony in any room so you can't fully open a window.

The rooftop pool and bar were really good. I also appreciated the secure underground parking. It gave me peace of mind . The front desk team was polite and helpful, especially Gabriela, Bruno, and Lucas. The team's atmosphere on the terrace was fantastic.
I requested a tea bag at the bar to take to my room, and I was informed I needed to pay 2€50. I thought that was a bit much for a simple request.
